At Crystal P Official, we understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging. Our goal is to make your experience as seamless as possible. To ensure satisfaction, we kindly ask that you review product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re happy to offer an exchange for online store credit or another available item of equal value.

Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
Store credit will only be issued if the item requested for exchange is out of stock.

For exchanges, include a copy of your invoice along with the securely packaged merchandise, preferably in its original packaging.

To request a prepaid return label, please email us directly—DMs are not accepted.

All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order, accompanied by the original invoice.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items must have their original price tags attached and be in their original condition.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for clothing that has been altered, damaged, or worn.

In order to process your exchange, you must use the pre-paid shipping label provided to you.
No Exchanges allowed on swimwear!
Crystal P Official Shipping
Orders are processed 7 days a week excluding holidays. Orders are shipped Monday- Fridays. Most orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday will process for shipment, except during holidays.
Use the chart below to determine the shipping and handling charge for your order. This is the charge for packaging, insurance and shipping within the United States. We currently ship to addresses in the U.S. and Internationally!

We are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses; however, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
